Inverurie Wellness Centre offers counselling and personal coaching in Inverurie and Aberdeen or remotely online or by telephone. Our therapists Dr Susan Murray and Mr Mark Hepburn are experienced in helping clients overcome emotional difficulties and lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We are dedicated professionals offering counselling, coaching and psychology services as well as workplace mental health awareness training, cognitive coaching for personal success and weight management. We have a shared passion for empowering others to make healthy life and well-being changes so that they can flourish, reach their goals and enjoy life to the full.

Our psychological therapists bring a wide range of experience to help clients overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties and other mental health issues. They each have specific areas of interest and expertise including anxiety and stress management, trauma, disordered & emotional eating and addictions such as substance misuse, gambling and sexual behaviour.
